This is as simple as it can get. I loved the blog I got it from – she has some super simple recipes. And really, this couldn’t be healthier. So easy, healthy and my kids loved it. Tough to beat, right?
Oats and Banana Pancakes
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth, in a food processor or blender.
Pour 1/4 cup-fulls onto a heated non-stick pan. When small bubbles appear, turn over with a flat spatula. Cook for a furthe minute on the other side. Serve warm with syrup, or the topping of your choice.
